- Conduct training needs analysis & conduct inhouse training
- Work with external facilitators in delivering training
- Work with managers to facilitate individual employee's training & development
- Search & process recruitment of candidates assigned
- Work with HR Employee Services in the design of recognition and communication to employees
Qualifications :
- Good command of English (both verbal & written)
- Conducting training experience 3-5 years
- Experience in collaborating with manager to facilitate HR management programs
- Good planning & organizing skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Minimum S1 - preferably from Psychology
- Outgoing, mature, able to keep confidential
