Accounts cum Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:Assist General Manager for all liaision with prospective clients on marketing and business development matters.
Monitor the calendar of meetings, activities and events
Translate and prepare letters and correspondences in Bahasa language.
Provide areas of support on human resource, administration and secretarial
Collect all documents relevant to tender bid for the preparation of proposal.
Prepare commercial letters (applications for bids, etc), explanation etc for submissions.
Co-ordinate travel and logistics arrangements for staff travel
Procure and up-keep all office fixtures and fittings, office tools and equipment, stationery etc.
Administer petty cash.Verify, check and obtain the necessary approval for invoices andstaff claims
Compile all relevant documents to be sent to head office for accounting records
Prepare of weekly cash weekly report and preparation of cashbook
Manage of petty cash but no limited to the preparation of cashbook
Requirements:
Diploma in Accountancy and Business related discipline and equivalent
The incumbent should posses high intergrity to handle private and confidential information
Age should not exceed 35 years old
Minimum with 3 years of relevant working experience
Must be proficient in English
Must know how to operate MS Office
Pleasant looking and presentable
Ability to work under pressure and work with minimum supervision
