§ Assist internal management with interpreting accounts, records, operating performance indicators and financial statements. Prepare written reports as directed.

§ Supervise the preparation of schedules, supporting documentation (including narrative responses) for the outside auditors for annual and quarterly financial reviews.

§ Prepare and supervise preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and maintain related sub-ledgers and account reconciliations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
