Min. Bachelor degree majoring law
Min. 3 years successful experience in administrating and managing legal contracts, memorandum of understanding (MOU), agreement and other legal documents
Min. 2 years experience as corporate legal and handle set up join venture company
Able to manage and negotiate corporate contracts in English
Have a good relationship with government institutions
English proficiency both oral and written
Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skill
