1. Responsible all HR function including implementation of policies and procedures, hiring process, compensation & benefits, training & development, and timely reporting
2. Ensure the implementation of HR policies and procedure in accordance with the policies set from head office & Indonesia laws
3.Handling travel management for business purposes, including all traveling requisition and documentation.
4. Arranging internal and or external meeting or events
5. Handling office administration job
Qualifications:
1. Degree from Psychology or relevant
2. Experience in handling HR minimum 2 years
3. Fluency in Indonesia & English
4. Able to work independently as good as in team
5. Result oriented, analytical, self motivated and proactive
