TRAINING MANAGER - Indonesia

TRAINING MANAGER ResponsibilitiesConducts need's assessments and develop appropriate programs/trainings including the preparation of training manual ie. Trainers guide, trainees handouts, presentation materials, trainees aids and etc.
To coordinate all programs organized by the Training Centre and personally conducts some specific topics/modules.
To source and be the liaison party if contract with outside vendors for very technical topics/modules/ trainings is required.
To conduct briefings and effectively present information / respond to questions from any guests or visitors pertaining to the operations of the training centre, training program and etc.
To instill discipline and plays the role as a counselor for all stay in trainees, when necessary.
Develops, coordinates, conducts and marks all assessments/tests.
Participates actively in any review or new development of training techniques or SOP's for the plantation division.
To assess and feedback on the effectiveness and co-operations of respective estates for on-the-job/site/practical trainings.
To take on any new project related to the training centre as and when assigned.
RequirementsDegree in Agriculture , Plantation Management or its equivalent
Preferably 40 to 45 years old
Additional qualification in training and development ie. Train the Trainer
At least 15 years of experience in plantation ( ex-estate / plantation manager would be preferred )
Physically fit and healthy.
Preferably with some training experience especially in the plantation sector.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Willing to stay in Central Kalimantan.
