To maintain proper training data including attendance records, training schedules, annual training plans and other relevant training records at all times
To prepare the necessary paper work / documentation with regards to the administration and implementation of the training programs
To supervise and to assist in ensuring that all training activities are well coordinated and carried out according to the established standards
To produce and distribute certificates to trainees upon completion of the training program
To liaise with Training Managers , Estate personnel or any other external trainers ( if any ) to ensure all requirements of the training program are met including equipment, meals, accommodation, transport etc
To source and provide regular updates on information pertaining to training activities and availability of trainers in the plantation sector to the Training Manager
To liaise with external suppliers with regards to the maintenance and administration of the Training Centre and hostels
To supervise his direct subordinates including the maids and caretaker on their daily job functions to ensure orderly, cleanliness etc
To assist the Training Manager in taking on any new projects related to the Training Centre as and when assigned.
Requirements
Diploma in Agriculture , Plantation Management or its equivalent
Not more than 45 years old
At least 10 years of experience in plantation ( ex field conductor would be preferred )
Physically fit and healthy
Preferably with some PC knowledge and report writing skills. Preferably with some training experience involving lower level employees. Good communication and administrative skills
Willing to stay in Central of Kalimantan
