This position is responsible for providing administrative support that includes all facets of office management. Regular communication with customers, suppliers and sales team.
Principal Accountabilities:
File data and perform other routine clerical tasks as assigned and for departments as needed.
Diligent in journals a/c receivables and a/c payable.
Familiar with Indonesian taxes is preferable.
Answer calls and maintain a rapid response rate.
Type and word-process various documents and electronic information.
Manage, organize, and update relevant data using database applications.
Research and investigate information to enable strategic decision-making by others.
Arrange and participate in meetings, conferences, and project team activities.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience working in an office environment
Finance/Accounting background min. 1 year
Computer Literate (MS Office and Internet)
Fluent in English both verbal and written
Minimum education level: Graduate from Diploma III/College/University
Compensation:
IDR 1.5m max. per month depending on experience
