SENIOR COMPETENCY ASSESSOR / ANALYZER (MANAGEMENT AND PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES) Job Description & RequirementsOPUS Management is seeking a senior consultant to undertake behavioural competency analysis and reporting based on role or job specifications, psychometric tests, other assessments tools such as multi-rater feedback, and interviews. You have over 7 years experience in modern MNCs or rapidly transformed large local companies, OR will have held a senior analyst / senior consulting role in a consulting company that handles manager assessment.
You are excited by the prospect of prospecting clients, marketing and selling, and are comfortable that this will take up to 50% of your time.
You display high Customer Service behaviours and be able to empathise with customer concerns.
You are driven by ethical standards and fair and professional work.
You are comfortable in assessing behavioural competencies, but can write your client reports in straightforward English or Bahasa Indonesia for easy use by line managers.
You have fluent Bahasa Indonesia and English, and are comfortable with testing software, online technologies as well as traditional assessment approaches.
You combine practical can-do attitudes with achievement drive and conceptual thinking.
Minimum S2 or MSc in Social Sciences from reputable Indonesian or Overseas University. GPA >3.00.
Fluent Bahasa Inggris is necessary for the role.
