Hotel Human Resources Manager (H-HRM) - Indonesia

Hotel Human Resources Manager (H-HRM) You will handle the full spectrum of human resources functions for Hotel unit. You will responsible in recruitment, compensation & benefit administration, training, performance management and day to day HR process and implementation.

Qualifications:

-- Bachelor’ degree from any discipline, preferably from Psychology, Legal, Management and Social & Politics

-- At least 2 years experience in similar position, has a hotel background will be advantages

-- Good understanding of labor legislations and strong in Industrial relation

-- Conceptual and analytical thinker

-- Proficient in oral and written English and computer literate (especially in Ms. Office)

-- Proactive, hardworking and able to work in a dynamic workplace

-- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong leadership and able to work in a team

-- Position available for Location in Sumatera
