To manage the overall operations of HR by ensuring Fitness First achieve its short term and long term HR objectives in accordance to the defined objectives as determined by the Country Manager (Managing Director) of the Country
To develop, execute and monitor the administration of sound human resources policies and procedures consistently, ensuring Fitness First’s goals and objectives are met and ensure compliance as well as legal HR requirements.
Responsible in assisting the Managing Director in HR administration & management.
Ensuring the people, process and system of HR are thoroughly managed.
To manage HR staff in the day-to-day functions of the Department.

Qualification
Bachelor degree in relevant field
Min.3 years sucessfull experiences in the same position
Excellent knowledge in HR Procedures & Processes, Performance Appraisal, Indonesian Labor Law & Regulation, including Recruitment, Hiring & Councelling
Dynamic candidate who able to deal with a fast paced changing environment
Broad minded, creative, and having outstanding problem solving skill
Fluent in English is a must
