IR & Legal Manager As Industrial Relations &Legal Manager you will responsible to handling all legal matter and build good relationship between management and employee. You will also in charge of personnel affairs, such as appointment, dismissal, services, allowances, commendations, liaison within the institute,documentation, publication, management of the buildings, and other general affairs. Key Skills / Qualities: - BACHELOR DEGREE IN LAW, with min.3 year experiences in IndustrialRelationsand Corporate Legal- Responsible to oversee legal matters including filling administration legal document - Liasion with external legal counsel and government institution - Familiar with labour law, business legal of company and all legal matters of the company --Excellent communication skills and able to communicate with employees at all levels effectively -- Computer literacy, good in written and spoken English --Able to handle multitask and willing to work long hours --High integrity, positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player -
