MANAGER – CAPITAL MARKET RELATIONS (code : CMR) Responsible for providing present and potential investors with an accurate portrayal of company’s performance and prospects that will bring a positive effect on company’s total value.

Job requirements :

v Bachelor Degree, major in Finance or Law from reputable university

v 5 years of experiences in significant investor relations or capital market position

v Experience in a detailed analytical role will be essential, in particular analysis of financial models

v Significant understanding of Capital Market and applicable rules & regulations

v Having good relationship with Capital Market Institution, e.g. BAPEPAM, BEJ, etc.

v Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must. Successful candidate must be able to communicate both technical and financial concepts clearly and make public presentations to investors, be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Successful candidates will work in a result oriented and dynamic environment. English proficiency and computer literacy are required for this position.
