Revenue Manager - Indonesia

Revenue Manager Qualifications:

-- Financial analyst with accounting, investment banking, market research and maybe some sales and/or telecom background.

-- Strong administrative skills e.g. planning, organizing, coordinating, following up on matters

-- Produce the Annual Budget. Assist in the creation update and evaluation of the company Sales & Marketing Plan.

-- Ensure optimal use, and measure performance on all distribution channels, to ensure that fair market share is achieved and surpassed.

-- Provide the sales team with performance analysis of the company's top producing accounts.

-- Monitor competitor availability and pricing on a daily basis, using all available tools such as Industry Reports, Internet, Ring Around, etc, and subsequently analyze & report actual performance versus competitive set.

-- Carry out analysis of Booking Patterns & Market Trends, and ensure that these are recorded to facilitate future decisions.

-- Constantly review Regretted business, and endeavour to buy back where necessary, so as to ensure the Business on the books is the most profitable.

-- Liaise with Corporate Marketing to ensure all promotion programmes are fully understood and right for the business.

-- Assist the Sales Team in devising marketing campaigns, to ensure that the company reaches the right people, at the right time, in the right place.
