SITE MANAGER ( KALIMANTAN BASE ) Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of the Site Manager is to maintain and improve the site, as well as to provide support for program needs. Other duties will be assigned by Operation Manager based on qualification and needs.

Responsibilities

1. Control operations, sampling, processing, and testing of coal, particularly low rank sub-bituminous coal.

2. Implementation of QAS (Quality Assurance Systems).

3. Supervise and manage all activities at site.

4. Follow and implement all procedures.

Specific Requirement

-- Bachelor degree in Geologist / Chemist with through knowledge of mining quality.

-- At least 5-year in coal mining working experience in Multinational Companies environments

-- Previous working experience in Service / Consultant Company, Inspection desired.

-- Effective communications skill.

-- Able to handle multi-tasking job & strong analytical thinking.

-- Familiar with HSE policy and procedures.

-- Strong leadership skill.

-- Willing to relocate in Kalimantan area.

General Requirement

-- Good command in English, both oral and written

-- Computer literate
