ASSISTANT TO MARKETING MANAGER ( EXPORTS MARKETING STAFF) Jobs description:

Exports administration.
Interaction with customers and follow up by telephone, fax and email.
Follow up with factory.
Preparing samples by courier.
Graph / Power Point presentation.
Regular Exports MIS Statements.
Performa Invoices.
Payments follow up with overseas customers.
Documentation / filling
Requirement:

FEMALE, max 28 years
Graduate / Bachelor Degree in Management
From reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
2 years experience in relevant field preferred
Fresh Graduates are welcome
Computer Literate, minimum MS. Office
Working Knowledge of English both written and spoken
With Knowledge of Mandarin an advantage
Willing to be place in Jakarta Utara
