HR Admin Officer - Indonesia

HR Admin Officer Responsibilities:

Responsible for recruitment process : Advertisement, Interview and help in selection of candidates
Responsible for Giving induction or orientation for new employee and ensure the HOD provide a proper On The Job Training
Responsible to Up date and maintainall Personnel Administration database are properly and in a accordance to the agreedstandard, procedure and policies of PT YCH Indonesia
Responsible for issuing YCH Indonesia properties, such as : Uniform, safety boots, safety Helmet, name tag, vest, lockers,etc and record them P' file. Make sure that all company properties are returned back if employee resign or terminate.
Responsible for HR administration duties in doing payroll and benefit. Such aspayroll, hari raya allawance, bonus, incentive, rewards, income tax article 21, jamsostek, insurance, etc.
Responsible to liaise with vendors regarding canteen and company transportation issue
Responsible to coordinate staff insurance with Risk Managemrnt department at HQ Singapore
Resposible to keep track,apply,renew and cancel work permit and employment pass for foreign worker.Helping and supporting foreign worker matters
Responsible to process confirmation, promotion, salary adjustment and related letters as per requested.
Requirement :

Min bachelor or equivalent
Min 2 Years experince in Payroll or C & B
Good command in English
Trust worthy & reliable
Performs under extreme pressure
