Receptionist Reasonability and description of tasks

The position as receptionist comprehends welcoming all visitors, handling all incoming phone calls, following up on appointments and assisting the Office Administrator.

Your job is to make the visitor feel welcomed. Networking is essential for the office and establishing friendly and friendly relation starts with the first contact (by phone or with visitors). To give the visitors a positive image about the Jakarta Office is of utmost relevance. The office boy should assist you, e. g. to serve drinks to the visitor.

You will also handle all incoming phone calls and connect to the respective staff. You will also assist to make follow up calls, especially for requests of appointments.

You will co-manage the agenda of the director of Office Jakarta and put appointments and changes of his appointments into his agenda in MS-Outlook.

The receptionist is in charge of receiving and sending out all documents (mail, fax, messenger, etc.) and is responsible for the registration of all documents sent or received.

The receptionist will work under the supervision of the office Administrator and assist her.

min. D1 degree, female
max. 25 years old
well-groomed appearance and poise
polite and friendly with a good attitude
excellent communication and interpersonal skill
native Indonesian language skills, excellence in English language - both oral and written
computer literate (MS Office)
understanding administration front office
pro-active approach to solve problems and settle assigned matters
eager to learn new thing
capacity to work autonomous and self-dependent
ability to work well within a team
