AM SARBANES OXLEY (SOX) AND CONTROL (Job Code: SUP – 08) Responsibility: The jobholder is responsible to monitor the process involved in implementing Sarbanes Oxley requirements as well as to assess the adequacy of control process and coordinating the certification exercise on a periodical basis. Requirements:

Hold a minimum bachelor degree from a reputable university, majoring accounting would be advantage
Has minimum 3 years experience in banking/financial institution or audit background, if currently working in an audit firm at semi senior or senior level
Sarbanes Oxley knowledge would be prioritized and preferable
Proficiency in English and Computer Literate (MS Office) are required
Has pleasant personality and able to work with team
Has a strong drive to succeed
Demonstrate high degree of integrity
