Job Summary:
The Finance Manager holds general responsibility for the overall direction and effective implementation of Medical Teams International’s (MTI’s) strategic plan in Indonesia. The Finance Manager plays a critical role in planning, directing and coordinating the financial activities of the organization at the highest level of management as a part of the regional strategy for South East Asia.
Job Description:
Documenting, analyzing and maintaining an on-going awareness of the operating environment in Indonesia, with particular attention to financial requirements.
Developing and directing the implementation of the long-term strategic plan and annual operating plan in accordance with MTI policies & procedures, vision statement, and spiritual values statement.
Coordinate and direct the financial planning, budgeting, and procurement, of all or part of an organization
Develop internal control policies, guidelines, and procedures for activities such as budget administration, cash management, and accounting.
Advise management on short-term and long-term financial objectives, policies, and actions.
Analyze the financial details of past, present, and expected operations in order to identify development opportunities and areas where improvement is needed
General requirement:
GOOD ATTITUDE, Bachelor or Master Degree, Written & spoken English, Excellent Communication Skill, 1-3 years relevant work experience, willing to travel around Indonesia, self motivated, and good computer skill.
