SENIOR ACCOUNTANT - Indonesia

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT Main Purpose of this position is to assist Accounting Manager in EL business line to ensure timely and accurate in reporting and analysis of financial statement and Budget preparation.

Financial Statement Tasks

Ensure that all Financial cost data analysis and report are accurate and has appropriate commentary and report to EL-Accounting
Responsible for the Statement of Expenses each dept Head reporting to monitor and control exceed or under spending vs. Budget and last year
Assist to EL-Accounting Manager and others team to ensure a proper acct. entries, records, and reconciliation of GL/SL in accordance with Actaris accounting policy and Statutory report (US GAAP)
Assist to EL-Accounting Manager for ensuring clean and smooth audit from the external auditors for the US-GAAP as well as the Indonesian GAAP. Including the preparation and the coordination with other finance team member on all requirements from the external auditor (eg: manage documentation for audit prepare by client).
Assist to EL-Accounting to identify data errors quickly to ensure accurate, consistent and reliable accounting data in Mfg Pro.
Budgeting Tasks

Assist to EL-Accounting to ensure compliance with the Actaris policies and procedures regarding the budgeting tasks and budgeting deadlines.
Special Project

Assist to EL-Accounting Manager and other team to manage documentation for compliance to policies and procedures for internal audits, especially for Electricity Business activity.
Lead the filling of accounting documents in the store room
Requirements:

Female / Male
Bachelor Degree from Accounting
Min. 3 years experience as Senior Accountant or Cost Accountant in Manufacturing Industries
Fluent in English (both oral & written) is a MUST
Strong in Computer especially with MS Office and previous experience in using Mfg Pro is preferred
Able to work under-pressured and minimum supervision
Willing to be located in Cikarang, Bekasi
