ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Contract) - Indonesia

ACCOUNTING OFFICER (Contract) Based in Jakarta

Responsibility :

Financial data entry
To prepare Pph23 (4) and 26 tax report and reconciled to TB
To prepare bank reconciliation on monthly basis
To maintain temporary account including movement/ listing (i.e. prepaid import duty & taxes, CIP, shipment clearing/ STTB, purchase advances)
Reconcile between ledger and subledger for B/S accounts
Make journal voucher/ GL (verification) and entering to system
Prepare monthly Financial Statement
To prepare monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliation.
Requirements :

Degree in Accounting from a reputable University
Having at least 1-2 years of working experience in Accounting, Administration & Taxation.
Preferably holding Tax certification of Brevet A & B
Having knowledge of accounting software Accpac/ SAP is an advantage
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Multi tasking skills with a high degree of integrity and responsibility
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal & written command of English language
Able to commence immediately
