Finance & Accounting Assistant Manager

Responsibilities:

Preparation & submission of monthly financial statements.
Preparation of timely management reports & analysis reports to Headquarters.
Budgeting & cash forecast.
Preparing year-end schedules & reconciliations for auditors.
Attending weekly management meetings.
Review and ensure accuracy of account receivables, invoice related requirements, payments to staff & suppliers.
Liaising with relevant authorities or agencies such as the bankers, corporate secretarial, auditors, tax agents etc.
Able to motivate & lead a group of finance staff to ensure that the finance department functions smoothly.
Requirements:

At least a Degree in Accountancy from reputable university & a Certified Accountant.
At least 7 years’ relevant experience and 2 years in the same capacity.
Excellent organizational & interpersonal skills.
Mature, self-motivated, confident & able to work effectively with management & external parties.
High achiever, dynamic, results oriented & a good team leader.
Good & effective communication both verbal & written English.
Age max. 38 years old
