Plant Controller - Indonesia

Plant Controller Key Responsibilities:

To set up the whole cost accounting system in the company, ensure its implementation and evaluate its effectiveness.
To evaluate current system and make some necessary improvements
Daily cost accounting activities
Analyze the business process in the manufacturing and suggest on improvement and cost reduction to the management
Key Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in working as a cost accountant in a FMCG manufacturing company with multiple products andcomplex manufacturing process, which includes 2 years managerial position
Good proviciency in English is a must
Ability to speak in Mandarin
Male or Female, max 35 years old
A holder of Bachelor degree of accounting orfinance from a reputable university
Has a sound concept in cost accounting
Good understanding on the business process of manufacturing company
