ACCOUNTING OFFICER - Indonesia

ACCOUNTING OFFICER Apr 09Responsibility:

Account Receivable (receiving customer's payment, bank receipt entry into SAP, provide AR aging report)
Account Payable (invoice verification and entry into SAP)
Cashier (cash payment, cash payment entry, prepare payment slip to bank based on GL accountant data, provide bank reconciliation & petty cash report, to control advance payment)
Taxation (provide tax certificate & tax report for Pph 4/ 23/ 26, tex reconciliation for Pph 4/ 23/ 26)
General Ledger (ledger & subledger reconciliation, to provide breakdown manual subledger i.e. CIP/ Shipment clearing/ prepaid import duty)
Requirements:

Degree in Accounting from a reputable University
Having at least 1-2 years of working experience in AR, AP, GL, Tax and cashier
Preferably holding Tax certification of Brevet A & B
Having knowledge of accounting software SAP is an advantage
Proficient in all MS Office applications
Multi tasking skills with a high degree of integrity and responsibility
Good interpersonal skills
Good verbal & written command of English language
Able to commence immediately
