To oversea, support and co-ordinate credit control resources whilst developing and empowering each credit officer collection task is carried out with tact & professionalism
To maintain bad debts from rising whilst maximizing the businesses cash flow
Pro-actively reviews credit officer’s performances, collection targets and actual deliverables to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and productivity
Work closely with credit control team to ensure targets from strategic plans are met
Requirements:
Max. age 35 years old
Diploma / Degree in Accounts
At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
Supervisory experience
Strong individuals with good attitude, yet with assertive with the ability to provide direction to team
Adaptable to changes
Hotel background will be an advantage
