Male or Female, Age max. 40 years old.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University.
Minimal 3 years experience on Managerial position (preferably from Shopping Mall Industry).
Fluent in oral and written English.
Having business development skills preferred, leadership skills to manage team, good team building and communication skills.
A sense of ownership & good tactical approach to problem solving.
Hands on in management, the ability to lead from in front.
Able to work under pressure, attention to detail, strong analytical skills & organized work habit.
Willing to work hard, highly initiative individual and self motivated.
Financial understanding of P & L, & budgeting process.
