Employee Relations Manager HR - Indonesia

HR/Employee Relations Manager Required

§ Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from HR Management / Psychology / Lawor equivalent

§ At least 3 years experience in HR Management

§ Have the ability to create and implement an effective HR program including recruitment, training & development, Payroll, compensation & benefits, staff relation and performance management

§ Have the ability to communicate and deal with employees from various backgrounds on their workplace issues.

§ Have the ability to maintain and improve the policies & procedures and create strategic planning for the human resources operation to achieve business objectives

§ Ability to adapt in a creative environment, and willingness to work in Tangerang area

§ Positive mind set, stable, dynamic, mature, responsible and highly motivated with excellent communication and must have strong leadership skill, analytical ability, problem solving & decision making skill

Preferred

§ Experienceworking in atechnical and/or artisticindustry.

§ Experience with employee opinion surveys and/or 360 review systems.

§ Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English
