Age max. 35 years old.
Bachelor degree in Psychology.
Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in hospitality industry.
Must be competent in all HR functions (Recruitment, Training & Development.
Performance Management and Compensation Management).
Able to conduct & score psychotest.
Have strong knowledge in labor law & regulation.
Honest and accustomed to do planning, control and supervision.
Have good logic & analytical ability, strong interpersonal & communication skills.
Must be proactive, hardworking, pressure resistant, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
Fluent in English (both oral & written) and Computer literate.
