CORPORATE HR MANAGER HR MANAGER - Indonesia

HR MANAGER /CORPORATE HR MANAGER This position will be located in one of our strategic Divisions, the incumbent will be responsible to manage daily activities such as: recruitment, placement, employee relation, staffing, performance management review and update of job descriptions, review and update the HR system and procedure related with the rotating staff mobilization as well as to review and analyze its current salary structure and job grading in order to ensuring these are competition within industry standards

Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should possess:

A degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant social sciences.
A minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager with a reputable Multinational Company.
Good knowledge on the labor Act and Industrial Relations.
A high level of capability in both written and spoken English is essential, have good interpersonal skills, computer literate and capable of financial budgetary and analysis management, as well as other standard business skills required.
