Due to the nature of the job, the candidate should possess:
A degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Business Administration or any relevant social sciences.
A minimum 5 years experience as HRD Manager with a reputable Multinational Company.
Good knowledge on the labor Act and Industrial Relations.
A high level of capability in both written and spoken English is essential, have good interpersonal skills, computer literate and capable of financial budgetary and analysis management, as well as other standard business skills required.
