Responsible for the billing and collections and ensure the proper and timely reconciliation of payments into the policy admin system. Performs complicated servicing and processing transactions for customers with little or no supervision.
ACCOUNTIBILITIES :
Allocates work to the staff and monitors completion of the business transactions for the following:
Processes collections
Disbursement processing
Handles Enquiries
Client record maintenance
Reconciliations
Account processing
Contributes to the setting of the service pledge and performance indicators and monitor daily performance against those standards. Coach and mentor the Collection staff so as to achieve the standard.
Performs control functions such as audit of collections and provisional receipts, or monitoring of customer interaction.
Handles and resolve complicated/ escalated customer/ agent’s complaints or objection and meet their needs.
Makes recommendations and execute process streamlining and service improvement initiative.
REQUIREMENTS :
University/Collegegraduate with major in business related disciplines
3-5 years in Collectionwith at least 1 year as team leader in insurance industry
Competent knowledge in collectionfunctions
