Reporting to the Head of Finance and Accounting, responsible for providing analysis and reports on business financial activities and results. Primary accountibilities are :
- Responsible for providing relevant financial management information to the Head of Finance & CFO, to SLFI
Senior Management including providing timely and accurately analysis of financial results, setting reporting
standards and best practices, setting reporting metrics
- Owner of the SLFI budget cycles and part of financial planning team
- Assist the Head of Finance and Accounting, CFO on tracking and monitoring performance against established
targets, preparing and updating the financial projection package and other monthly financial package and budget
- Tracking and monitoring performance vs metrics
- Responsible for providing relevant financial management information to the CFO and SLFI management team
- Support to the Head of Finance & Accounting and or CFO, on special projects and ad hoc request and initiatives
REQUIREMENTS :
- University graduate majoring in Accounting/Economic with min GPA of 3.0
- 5 years experience prior working experience in financial planning/accounting/budgetting/cost analysis with at
least 3 years in managerial roles in financial area
- Knowledge in Insurance and Asset Management financial drivers is an advantage
