To provide a professional HR consultancy service to clients
Responsible for:
Develop client’s HR system, and help implement them to a satisfactory standard
Responsibilities:
Visiting and explaining to clients who may need helps with their HR system
Develop an understanding of clients’ strategic and operational needs and help identify the HR implications
Assist clients with:the development of HR plans to meet current and future needs;
the recruitment, induction, performance and development needs of staff;
issues concerning staff assignment, performance management, promotion, retraining, termination and retirement;
change management and implications of change
Advising and supporting clients in implementing HR policies and procedures and best practice in HR management and development
Monitoring the operation, provide feedback and contribute to improvements to University practices, policies and procedures
Networking and supporting clients and colleagues in implementing structural changes / management of change
Contributing to the development of the clients’ HR Strategy, policies and procedures
Undertaking ad hoc HR projects as requested by direct and indirect Superiors
Actively involved with managers and HR colleagues in developing and implementing staff development initiatives, such as giving training and development programmes
Requirements :
Female, between 23-30 years of age
Well groomed with pleasant personality and NICE VOICE
Good communication skill; able to interact with all levels
Customer Oriented
Self-Motivated & able to work in a fast paced environment
Able to work independently & under pressure with minimum supervision
Have strong leadership ( able to lead & motivated people)
Live around Jakarta and can start work immediately
Minimal 2 years experience
Recent close up photo is a MUST
