System Administrator & Support - Indonesia

System Administrator & Support Job Description:

Provide First Level Support to customer.
Ensure all infrastructures, equipment, and applications are working properly.
Provide Data Search & Analysis for management and customer.
Technical Requirement:

Solid experiences in Unix, Windows server 200x, Windows XP.
Solid experiences in Oracle SQL.
Strong Unix administration & troubleshooting skill (Sun Solaris & Linux).
Solid experience in network and security.
Experience implementing and managing disaster recovery procedures.
Extensive knowledge and understanding of Server/WAN infrastructure.
Ability in web application development is a plus.
Personal Attribute:

Minimum D3 +- Informatika.
At least 4 years experiences in similar positions.
Willing to work odd hours.
Strong commitment to quality customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent spoken and written English.
