As the OSS Technical leader, he/she is responsible for the overall success of the project, on-time, on-spec & on-budget. He/She will be working closely with appropriate functional managers to ensure that all project objectives are met.
Responsibilities:
v Specifically, the OSS Technical leader is to do the following:
v Act as the central point of contact for all formal, project-related communications between PT Lintas & customers after opportunity awarded.
v Ensure that all Project Team members are aware of their responsibilities and commitments and that they perform as promised.
v Ensure that all contractual commitments are fulfilled on time, within budget, and to complete customer satisfaction and delight.
v Ensure that a system is in place to document and control contractual performance.
v Prepare a realistic, detailed Project Plan, and obtain agreement to the plan from both Lintas and customers.
v Control cost, schedule, and technical variance from the plan.
v Report project status to customer & management on a regular basis.
Requirement:
v Min. bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Information Technology with min. GPA: 3.00
v Min. 3 years experience in Telecommunication Operations Support Systems (Telco OSS)
v Having good knowledge in Software Development, Data Communication Network and Telecommunication Network
v Self-motivated, resourceful and creative problem solver
v Active in English both oral and written
