We are looking for a vibrant, outgoing Medical Doctor to join our team as Senior Medical Manager.
Our company is responsible for managing health benefit programs for a number of local and international companies.Responsibilities will include:1. Managing our team of medical doctors and ensuring their decisions and interpretation of medical claim and treatment plan is appropiate.
2. Working with treating doctors to devise tailored treatment plans for high cost patients.
3. Developing our Company's health education programs.4. Developing our Company's risk management programs.
To meet the requirements of this position you must:1. Highly skilled in English (Spoken and written) - do not apply if you are not.2. Minimum3 years in a similar management position with staff management experience.3. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 4. Able to work with others to achieve results. 5.Medical experience highly regarded.We want anoutgoing, proactive, professional person for this position. You must be well presented, full of ideas and able to develop your own work plans.
