A college degree in Computer Science or Mathematics with at least two year of experience in business and system analyst
Have good communication skill and pleasant personalityStrong logical analysis skills with systems design background and skill in programming
Have good understanding in J2EE Technology , familiar with EJB 2.1, Struts Framework, Hibernate, and JBoss
Preferably knowledge of SQL programming tools
Good analytical and conceptual skills, good interviewing skills (for data gathering/business requirements preparation)
Possesses god oral and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills, must be very client oriented
Experience on CRM, ERP is preferable
