Job Description:
--To develop and support the HRMS and processes in the area of Human Resource and integration with finance, procurement and Logistic.
-- To liaise and manage the system with users and vendor.
-- Collect and define the HRMS business requirement
-- Develop fit-gap analysis between business requirement and system functionalities.
-- Manage the system development and develop system documentation
-- Develop functional specification for custom development
-- Perform user support for HR user including trouble shooting and post implementation review
-- Conduct user training and develop user guide
-- Liaise with vendors for HRMS implementation
Job qualification / Requirements :-- Relevant degree in Information Technology
-- Proficient with SAP-HR module,
-- Proficient with ABAP/4 programming and SAP smartforms will be an advantage.
-- Has min 2 full cycles SAP HR implementation especially in Indonesia Payroll Accounting, Time Management, Travel Management, Training Management, Personnel Development and Employee Self-service.
-- Good communication skill and vendor management skill
