What we require from you

• Excellent telephone etiquette and effectively bilingual

in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Able to operate telephone system to receive calls and take messages.

• Assist in answering enquiries and making future appointments.

• Receive visitors at the company premise and issue visitor’s pass when required.

• Customer-service oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
