ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (AS – 241008) & ACCOUNTING STAFF (ACT - 241008) ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR (AS +- 241008)

The incumbent is responsible to prepares and analyzes financial information to provide accurate and useful information to management for review and decision making, supervises a section of employees engaged in payment of invoices, account reconciliation and maintenance of records, manages the activities required to report all expenses to all levels of internal management.

The incumbent will report to Accounting Manager.

Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:

At least 5 years experience in Accounting, Tax, and Auditing in MNC Trading or manufacturing company.
Ability to maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation, closing books monthly and setting up new accounts.
Ability to prepare and file monthly and yearly withholding tax information.
Ability to oversee and participate in the processing and timely payment and posting of supplier invoices, or other approved bills.
Ability to prepare monthly account analysis of balance sheet accounts, develop adjusting entries as needed, and review status of all significant accounts with Accounting Manager.
Ability to direct the reporting of all operating expenses which includes preparation, analysis, and distribution of periodic reports on expenses for all levels of management.
Ability to ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.
Having experience with ERP System.
Should be computer savvy with good command on using Common Business application software, like: BPCS, SAP, etc.
Ability to work with target and tight deadline.

Accounting Staff (ACT - 241008)

The incumbent is responsible to perform accounts payable and expense report processes for payment in a timely and accurate manner, maintains and monitors the fixed asset accounting system.

The incumbent will report to Accounting Supervisor.

Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:

0 +- 2 years experience in Accounting, Tax, and Auditing in MNC Trading or manufacturing company.
Good knowledge in accounting system of BPCS/AS 400 is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and willing to work overtime to meet deadline.
