Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial and management reports
Responsible for annual statutory audit and preparation of annual accounts/ reports for compliance with local government regulation
Design and implement Internal Control practices and processes
Manage tax and related legal issues
Liaise with HQ, company bankers, insurances, auditors and government bodies on any requirements in relation to the Company’s financial and administration operations
Provide financial advice, analyses and support to line managers and country management for business decisions and investments
Facilities, premises and space planning and management, including general office equipment management, maintenance and procurement
Perform central procurement and purchasing functions in compliance with company regulations
Manage the logistics and supply chain management needs for distribution and production logistics
Requirements:
Degree in Accountancy, preferably an Ak/ CPA
10 +- 12 years’ relevant experience gained within multi-national companies in the manufacturing sector
Commercially savvy, hands on, with the ability to operate effectively in an unstructured environment
Highly motivated, and able to exercise sound business acumen and discretion meticulous, with a keen aye for details
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Ability to work independently
Effective presentation, negotiation, project management, and interpersonal skills
A good communicator and fluent in English
Proficient in MS Office +- Word, Excel & Power Point
