Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Applicants must hold of Brevet A&B.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in accounting, preferably as finance staff is required for this position.
Fluent in English, both oral & Written; Mandarin is an advantage.
Candidate must possess Computer Literate; MS-Office, MS-Outlook, accounting software and database skills; MYOB is an advantage.
Willing to work under pressure, being proactive, being a team player & adaptable to the changing needs of the company.
Fast learner, self control, accurate, and precise.

Job Responsibilities :
Reporting to Finance Manager about petty cash condition everyday.
To make reporting of petty cash used.
Input Data manually & computerized.
Organizing payments plan report to Top Management.
Checking of the completion Documents & Filling Documents.
Checking payments from customers.
Arranging/Giving information/direction to messenger; suppliers & customers.
Making Payable & Revenue Reports.
