Job Summary:
Cost Controller will report to the Finance Manager and will be responsible to make a financial report: Balance, Profit & Lost Statement, Cash Flow and Investment Reports. He/she will also responsible to manage and control the budget and cost of a business unit
Requirements:
Proficiency (speaking and writing comfortably) in English is an absolute must.
Holds Bachelor degree in accounting or financial management with 3 +- 5 years relevant work experience as cost accountant or cost controller at manufacturing companies.
Familiarity with SAP application will be strongly preferred.
Maximum age: 30 years old.
Previous experience working as an auditor for public accounting firms will be preferred.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking & general management balance with practical approach as a problem solver.
Highly articulate communicator and negotiator with a pleasant “upbeat” personality.
Flexible and adaptable team player, with high level of accountability and responsibility.
Detail oriented self starter with a “can do” attitude.
Willing to work in company’s manufacturing facility located at Karawang.
