Accounting Manager - Indonesia

Accounting Manager Post Date: 27 Mar 09Qualifications :

-- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, a CPA is desirable

-- Minimum of 3 years as Accounting Manager, a total of minimum 8 years experiences in Accounting & Reporting. Tax, Costing and Auditing experience will be beneficial

-- Good command of English is a must

-- Background in MNC manufacturing

-- Knowledge of financial system : Hyperion, Oracle

-- Knowledge in Indonesia PSAK, US GAAP & IFRS are essential

-- Able to develop effective working relationship with the subordinates, superior, Regional & Corporate management is critical

Key Responsibilities :

-- Report to Finance Controller, and manage about 6 accountant

-- Ensure compliance with Indonesia PSAK, US GAAP and company policies

-- Reconcile and analyze all account balances on monthly basis

-- Ensure that all reporting are accurate and on time

-- Financial analysis and reporting in support of Corporate, GM and Regional FP&A

-- Ensure that adequate internal controls are maintained & done quarterly

-- Interface with internal/external auditors and ensure local statutory filings are completed in timely manner

-- Responsible for the Representation and Sarbanes-Oxley Certification Letter processes for the region

-- Adherence to Avery Dennison Value and Ethics Standard
