Finance & Administration Manager - Indonesia

Finance & Administration Manager Post Date: 04 Mar 09Job Responbilities

Prepare Monthly financial reporting and forecasting accurately and on time basis
Prepare analysis of financial reporting vs plan
Work with Finance Director in Singapore and members of the regional finance team to ensure adequacy of internal and operating controls.
Support the requirements of internal ( SOX ) and External Auditors.
Provide support to Market / client leaders in client matters, e.g.; Quotations, Billings, contract,etc
Maintain proper clients contract documentation and execution
Prepare monthly payroll and Jamsostek Payment
Arrange for staff insurance and any other HR related matters
Manage office suppliers and stationary
Ensure smooth flow of day to day general office operation.
Ensure overall compliance of all Indonesia regulations including but not to limited to Tax, labor, and business licensing
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS

Over 10 years experience on structured finance and administration
Strong capabilities for solution design, information collection and financial data analysis and risk managementand the office administration
Result-oriented, initiative, analytics.
Good team player and single player as well.
Good attitude and performance under high pressure.
Familiar with international trade law, finance, taxation, Resourceful, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
