FINANCE MANAGER (Job Reference : "FM") Post Date: 14 Mar 09URGENTLY REQUIREDPT. ETERNIT GRESIK (PMA), part of the ETEX Group which is a multinational group in the building materials industry, headquartered in Brussels. PT. ETERNIT GRESIK is the first producer of Non Asbestos Fiber Cement Flat Boards and Roofing Products. They are rapidly expanding and continuously developping innovative solutions for building supplies.

PT. ETERNIT GRESIK is ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OSHAS 18001 ceritfied. As part of their continuing success they require a highly motivated, energetic and qualified person for their head office in Gresik for the position : FINANCE MANAGER (Job Reference : "FM")

R E S P O N S I B I L I T I E S :

To ensure all accounting and financial processes of the company,
To ensure the capability of the company to fulfill all the short term and long term obligations (ex.: suppliers, Etex Group and shareholders),
To organise the reporting, all of the accounts (P&L, balance sheet, Capex report…), and to report monthly on time, according to GAP (Indonesia), IFRS and Etex group's format,
To provide proper KPI's analysis for all Managers to review their operational performance, P&L, Cash Flow, Operating Working Capital Performance, Products KPI's.. Alert on any discrepancy,
To organize the customer-credit (and report credit) management. Alert on any discrepancy,
To prepare the treasury forecast,
To build-up the yearly operations budgets and Capex budget of the company, to follow-up accurately the expenses and alert in case of any difficulty or discrepancy,
Report to President Director (Expatriate).
R E Q U I R E M E N T S: Graduate with a post graduate qualification from a reputable university majoring in Finance & Accounting (ideally MBA or equivalent advanced management program)
Min. 10 years in a similar position, preferably in PMA
Female or male
35 - 40 years old
Good knowledge in English, both verbal and in writing
Strong personality, good communication skills, autonomy and initiative
Strong Leadership
