§ Minimum Bachelor Degree, from any discipline from reputable university.
§ Min. 3 years experience in banking industry.
§ Good interpersonal skill.
§ Good managing skill (managing DSR team).
§ Good time management, fast learner.

Responsibilities:
§ Establish financial consultant team by recruiting team members
§ Managing FC’s to produce new clients for bank through acquisition
§ Work closely and support PA center to achieve their target specially in grow new customers base
§ Provide competitive Incentive scheme compared with market
§ Maintain FCs turn over
§ Work together with relevant department to provide training for FCs
§ Ensure the work quality of FCs are in place in terms of Bank’s policy and procedures
§ Maintain relationship with Agencies
