University degree in accounting
Min. 3-year experience in a similar position
Fast learner, possess initiative and drive, able to work in tight deadlines
Working experience in Life Insurance will be an advantage
Strong communication and analytical skills and a good team player
Good spoken and written English
Possess leadership skill.
