Finance Control Post Date: 18 May 09Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsibilities for daily accounting activity:

Cash and Bank
Received from Customer
Daily Cash Flow
Budget maintain
Account Payable
Account Receivable
Tax Report
2. Inventory Control

3. Provided yearly Housing maintenance budget and control as necessary

4. Review value of Contract from BU’s and or Contractor

5. Produce Monthly Accounting Reports and distribute to KIK/Property and Patra Jakarta

6. Liaison with KIK/Property team

Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Accounting (S1), with IPK min 3
Diligent, honest ,mature and hard working habit
Holding Brevet A taxation
Proficiency in English ( oral & written)
Has minimum 4 years experience in supervisory level
Well known with ACCPAC Accounting System
Have an experience in Accountant firm is an advantage
Willing to work in Riau
